1. General Information
Kameraman Studios is a full-service video production company based in California and Michigan, providing professional videography, editing, and photography services for weddings, events, corporate projects, documentaries, and marketing content.
By using our website or booking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any agreements made during the booking process.
2. Services
All services are provided based on the written agreement or contract signed between the client and Kameraman Studios.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Weddings and events
Corporate and commercial productions
Documentaries and success stories
Marketing and promotional videos
Each project’s timeline, deliverables, and pricing will be clearly outlined in the client agreement prior to production.
3. Payments and Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is typically required to reserve your project date. The remaining balance must be paid by the deadline stated in your agreement. Kameraman Studios reserves the right to withhold delivery of final materials until full payment is received.
Late payments may incur additional fees as stated in the project agreement.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If a client cancels or reschedules, written notice must be provided. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied toward a future project at Kameraman Studios’ discretion.
In the unlikely event that Kameraman Studios must cancel, all deposits and payments will be refunded in full.
5. Ownership and Usage Rights
Kameraman Studios retains the copyright to all original video and photo materials produced unless otherwise stated in writing.
Clients receive a license for personal or agreed-upon commercial use of the final edited materials.
Raw footage and project files remain the property of Kameraman Studios unless specifically included in the contract.
We reserve the right to use excerpts of completed projects for promotional and portfolio purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Obtaining necessary permissions for filming at specific locations
Securing appearance releases from participants when applicable
Providing accurate event details, schedules, and contact information
Kameraman Studios is not responsible for delays or loss of footage caused by inaccurate information, restricted access, or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we take the utmost care in handling all equipment and media, Kameraman Studios’ liability is limited to the cost of services provided.
We are not liable for losses due to technical failure, natural disasters, or unforeseen events beyond our control.
8. Revisions and Delivery
All video editing includes the number of revision rounds specified in your agreement. Additional revisions or format requests may incur extra fees.
Delivery timelines will be communicated clearly and may vary based on project scope and complexity.
9. Third-Party Services
Our website may include embedded videos (e.g., Vimeo, YouTube) or external links. Kameraman Studios is not responsible for content, policies, or practices of third-party websites or platforms.
10. Changes to These Terms
Kameraman Studios reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any updates will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use of our site or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
